These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the arproglobal.com website (the "Site"), operated by ARPRO Global. By browsing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern only the use of the arproglobal.com website as an informational and contact platform. They are not a contract for consulting, education, or any other services.

• Enrollment in and completion of ARPRO Academy programs takes place on our online campus, hosted on LearnWorlds (arproglobal.learnworlds.com), and is governed by that platform's own terms and conditions.
• The consulting, high performance, and infrastructure services ARPRO Global provides to clubs, federations, and institutions are governed by the individual agreements or contracts signed for each project, not by these Terms of Use.

2. Intellectual property

The Site's content — text, images, video, methodology, brand, logos, and design — is owned by ARPRO Global or used with proper authorization from its rights holders, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or commercial use without ARPRO Global's prior written authorization is not permitted.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Scrape or automatically extract content, or republish it elsewhere without authorization.
• Attempt to compromise the Site's security, interfere with its normal operation, or overload its servers.
• Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that violate these Terms.
• Impersonate ARPRO Global or a third party when using the contact form.

4. Third-party links and embedded content

The Site includes links and embedded content from third-party platforms, including LearnWorlds (online campus), WhatsApp (direct chat), Instagram and LinkedIn (social media), and a YouTube video embedded in privacy-enhanced mode. ARPRO Global does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third-party sites and services. We recommend reviewing their own terms and policies before using them.

5. Service availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARPRO Global will not be liable for damages arising from the use, inability to use, or malfunction of the Site.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence (for example, if you are based in the European Union), which this clause does not seek to limit or override.

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page, as indicated by the "Last updated" date.
