This page explains, in plain language, what we store in your browser when you visit arproglobal.com and why. Straight to the point: this site does not currently use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

1. What this policy covers

ARPRO Global does not set third-party cookies for advertising purposes, does not track your activity across websites, and does not build browsing profiles. What we do use is your browser's local storage mechanism (localStorage), technically different from a cookie, to remember a few simple preferences that improve your browsing experience.

2. What we store and why

We store exactly three pieces of information, all functional and all kept on your own device:

• Visual theme (light or dark): remembers how you prefer to view the site.
• Preferred language (Spanish or English): remembers which language you chose to browse in.
• Cookie notice dismissed: records that you've already seen and closed the storage notice, so we don't show it on every visit.

None of this is transmitted to ARPRO Global's servers or shared with third parties — it stays in the browser you're using, on your own device.

3. The notice you see when you arrive

The first time you visit the Site, we show a short notice about this use of local storage. Clicking "Got it" simply saves a flag confirming you've seen the notice, so we don't repeat it on future visits. You can revisit this Cookie Policy at any time via the link in that notice or from the Site's footer.

4. Third-party resources loaded when you use the Site

Some parts of the Site load resources hosted on third-party servers. This is normal for any modern website and does not, on its own, involve tracking cookies:

• YouTube (nocookie mode): our "High Performance" page plays a background video via the youtube-nocookie.com domain, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies before you interact with the video.
• Google Fonts: we load the Site's typefaces from Google Fonts' servers.
• Lucide (unpkg.com): we load the Site's icon library from the unpkg.com content delivery network.

As with any resource hosted outside our own server, loading these elements exposes your IP address to the relevant provider at the moment of the request. That's a normal technical consequence of browsing the web, not a tracking mechanism we've set up ourselves.

5. If this changes in the future

If we ever decide to add analytics or marketing tools that use cookies, we will update this policy first and, where applicable law requires it, ask for your consent before those scripts load.

6. How to control or clear this data

You can clear this Site's local storage at any time from your browser settings (typically under privacy or site-data settings). Doing so simply makes the Site forget your theme, language, and notice status, and it will ask again on your next visit.
